PAYMENT
- $ We only accept payment via debit, credit, cash app, or zelle.
DEPOSITS
- A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required to confirm your appointment date and time. This fee will be applied to the chosen service(s).
LATE FEES
- We understand that sometimes unexpected delays occur. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our schedule, a late fee of $15 will be applied to your service if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. Your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
CANCELLATIONS
- In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will be fortified.
RESCHEDULING
- For any cancellation, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Following this period, a new deposit will be necessary to secure your appointment.
- A one-time rescheduling option is available to clients, subject to a 30-day limit from the date of the original appointment.
GUEST
- The aesthetician must grant permission before any guests or children can be allowed on the premises.
NO CALL / NO SHOW
- If you fail to show up for an appointment without prior notice, your profile will be put on hold until the outstanding balance is paid. Only then will you be able to book a new appointment.
REFUND
- In light of the bespoke nature of our offerings, we uphold a strict no-refund policy for all services and products. All sales are considered final.
